Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: You must be 17 years of age or older to use Helena Dellarosa’s services. If you are under the age of 18, permission is required from a parent or guardian to use the intuitive services.

  1. Appointment Requests: Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested appointment times where possible.

  2. Payment & Reservations: A PayPal invoice will be sent to you once your appointment has been book. To hold your requested appointment, the invoice must be paid no less that 48-hours prior to your session with Helena Dellarosa. Immediate payment will secure your appointment time.

  3. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued for purchases. However, you may reschedule your appointment. There are no credits or refunds for unused sessions after the expiration date.

  4. Missed Appointments: No refunds will be given for missed appointments, including those missed due to lateness, technological difficulties, or issues during online (Zoom) sessions.

  5. Marketing Communications: By providing your email address, you agree to receive occasional marketing materials from Helena Dellarosa. Your email will be kept private and will never be shared with any third parties.

  6. Agreement to Terms: By booking a service with Helena Dellarosa and using this site, you agree to the terms of service, privacy policy, and legal disclaimer.

  8. Payment for Services: All balances for services must be paid in full at the start of your scheduled appointment time via credit card only.

  9. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment will be considered a "no show," and you may not reschedule the session. A new session must be purchased and booked. If you are using a session package, the missed session will be considered forfeited. However, you may reschedule if an email is received by HelenaDellarosa@hotmail.com before or within the first 15 minutes of the appointment. To ensure the best experience, it is essential that the full allotted time is utilized.

  10. Appointment Scheduling: Helena Dellarosa does not accept appointments via social media, text messaging, or by phone. All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking site.

  11. Confidentiality: All sessions are held in the strictest confidence. Any personal information or data shared will be kept private.
